Welcome to the new year everyone! I've been quite busy revising the study files and slides for "30 Thai Words A Week" and teaching while I do that. If you follow me on social media, you might notice I've split off my teaching content from my main profile americanthaiguy to learnthaiwithron profiles on Instagram and Facebook. In this post, you'll see one of the new memes I'm creating as a means of giving tips on colloquial terms that can - you guessed it - help you sound more like a native speaker.

I released a new podcast episode with a German guy named Marco who is heavily into hip hop and that has rekindled my fire for the writing lyrics so I may have something new for you that I'll share with you guys first. Yep, I used to be a lyricist when I was only a teenager but now I plan to write some hip hop in Thai. A Black American Thai language hip artist? Yep, another first ha. Let's see what happens.

Before I do that, I'm currently editing a condensed version of the episode with Christy Gibson and I'll upload that for you guys to enjoy here before publishing on social media sometime next week.
